Victory Park has needed a wine and liquor store for years is really lucky to have this kind of a high quality location in Biagio Wine and Spirits and not some chain store. It’s family owned and operated and they are really friendly and attentive, I don’t know how they do it because their prices are super competitive and the selection is top of the line. They will even take recommendations of items they may not have. I am very impressed with this store.
