The Dolin Chambéry dry vermouth presents an elegant stylistic counterpoint to the assertive character of dry vermouth from Marseilles. It embodies this lighter style, beginning as a delicate Ugni Blanc wine which is then infused with 17 botanicals, fortified, and slightly sweetened to 25g/L. This results in a lively alpine vermouth perfect for Martinis and aperitifs.
A slightly bitter citrus base and white wine acidity underlie notes of alpine herbs, fresh grapes, stone fruit, and almond.
