Domaine Guillemard-Clerc is owned by Corinne Guillemard-Clerc. She is the 3rd generation of grape growers on the Guillemard side. Corinne created her domaine in 2003 and is the first to make the vinification and bottle under the family name. Finding any volume is difficult here as the domaine only owns 10 hectares divided between 15 appellations & 17 parcels; the majority is in Puligny and Beaune. The grapes are hand harvested, sorted and go directly from the press into barrel for alcoholic fermentation. The wines here show class and precision.
