Based in Melbourne, the team here source barley malt exclusively from Australia and age the Nova expression for a minimum of two years in freshly used Australian red wine casks. Notes include dried figs, mulberry, currants, sliced apple, honey coated cereal. cake frosting, cinnamon and drying spices.
